Adding and Removing Recipient Addresses

To add an external e-mail address to the list of mail accounts that receive forwarded e-mail correspondence:

  1. Click the Domains shortcut in the navigation pane.
  2. Click the domain name you need.
  3. Click the Mail icon in the Services group.
  4. Click the mail forwarder's e-mail address.
  5. Click Mail Group.
  6. Click Add New Member.
  7. Enter the desired external e-mail address into the E-mail input box.
  8. Click OK.

To remove an external e-mail address from the list of mail accounts that receive forwarded e-mail correspondence:

  1. Click the Domains shortcut in the navigation pane.
  2. Click the domain name you need.
  3. Click the Mail icon in the Services group.
  4. Click the mail forwarder's e-mail address.
  5. Click Mail Group.
  6. Select the checkbox corresponding to the e-mail address that you wish to unsubscribe.
  7. Click Remove Selected.
  8. Confirm removal and click OK.

To add an e-mail address registered on your server to the list of mail accounts that receive forwarded e-mail correspondence:

  1. Click the Domains shortcut in the navigation pane.
  2. Click the domain name you need.
  3. Click the Mail icon in the Services group.
  4. Click the e-mail address that you wish to add to the list of recipients.
  5. Click Groups.
  6. Select the required multiple e-mail forwarder in the Available mail groups list.
  7. Click Add >>.
  8. Click OK.

To remove an e-mail address registered on your server from the list of mail accounts that receive forwarded e-mail correspondence:

  1. Click the Domains shortcut in the navigation pane.
  2. Click the domain name you need.
  3. Click the Mail icon in the Services group.
  4. Click the e-mail address that you wish to unsubscribe.
  5. Click Groups.
  6. Select the required multiple e-mail forwarder in the Member of the following mail groups list.
  7. Click << Remove.
  8. Click OK.
