Messages from my network are marked as "Spam"

Specify your IP ranges in the allow network section (e.g., 213.39.39.2; 192.*.*.*)


Most messages are marked as "Spam"

Check that the following are configured correctly:



I cannot receive attachments.

Check that the extension of the file does not match the blocked types (.exe and .bat are default blocked)



I cannot receive messages

Verify that the hostname of the sender is not listed in the RBL servers ( sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org, bl.spamcopy.net ) You can also disable RBL support if too many files that are marked spam are valid.

Also if you have antivirus scanning enabled, check if the path to your AV-scanner binary is correct.
