How do I add an alias or a catch-all domain? Messages are not delivered to local accounts All the emails in my Inbox have disappeared! How do I massmail to users?
You can do this in the List/Add Aliases part of your WebAdmin > Email window. You will need to specify the following:
Check that the an email-alias does not exist for the account, or that a catch-all account does not cover your domain.
Check that your Purge Messages function is configured correctly. You may want to set the purge message function for at least 30 days - this is our recommended timeframe.
You can configure your massmail to send to a group of users or all users, depending on your configuration of the massmail webadmin parameters.
