How do I add an alias or a catch-all domain?

You can do this in the List/Add Aliases part of your WebAdmin > Email window. You will need to specify the following:

Messages are not delivered to local accounts

Check that the an email-alias does not exist for the account, or that a catch-all account does not cover your domain.



All the emails in my Inbox have disappeared!

Check that your Purge Messages function is configured correctly. You may want to set the purge message function for at least 30 days - this is our recommended timeframe.



How do I massmail to users?

You can configure your massmail to send to a group of users or all users, depending on your configuration of the massmail webadmin parameters.
