Financial Notifications Setup
The Notification Settings under the Event Manager allow you to disable or enabe sending notifications to customers regarding financial documents creation. To enable sending notificatins, check the relevant box(es), to disable - clear the box(es):
- Do not send a financial notification to the customer if the corresponding document is created by the vendor. For example if you are upgrading Parallels Business Automation - Standard, many additional billing documents are generated in connection with subscriptions updrade, etc. Normally, zero orders or other documents a customer does not need to pay are created, and all these documents have 'vendor' or 'vendor staff member' as a document author. To avoid swamping a customer with e-mail notifications, you can cancel sending notifications added by vendor. You can also check this box to cancel sending e-mail notifications addressed to customers in case your staff member creates a subscription manually from the Control Center.
- Do not send statement notifications to customers. To cancel sending e-mail notificatins about statements generation check this box. Statements anyway are placed into customers' Billing History in the Control Panel.
