Configuring Norma 19 Plug-in

The Norma 19 plug-in allows generating batch files of the format widely used in Spain.

Note:The Norma 19 plug-in is implemented in such a way that an issuer (charging party) and submitter (the party delivering a batch into a bank) requisites are always the same in the batch files profile. Thus, you should enter only the issuer requisites into the plug-in configuration form.

All the information entered into the plug-in configuration form is used both in batch file generated and the receipt generated and sent to a customer on batch approval.

To configure Norma 19 bank transfer plug-in:

  1. Click the Edit button on the Norma 19 plug-in screen. Fill the form that appears:
    1. Enter your bank client code into the Issuer client code field.
    2. Type your company name (as registered in your bank account) into the Issuer name field.
    3. Enter your bank account requisites into the Issuer account information fields:

      Agency - the bank requisite, four digit code identifying the account.

      Branch - the number identifying the bank branch where your account is registered.

      CD - the control digits, the two-digit code validating the Agency, Branch, and Account Number. Control digits ensure that all the requisites are correct.

    4. You can enter up to 16 positions of additional information to be included into the receipt to be sent to a customer into the Optional field #1 - #16 fields. The optional fields numbers correspond to the Norma 19 receipt structure. When filling the optional fields, you can use placeholders enlisted below the optional fields. In a real receipt placeholders will be replaced with the actual data fetched from the corresponding documents included into a batch file.
    5. If you want to include a customer address into a receipt, you can check the Include customer address as optional record box. A customer address will be taken from a customer account profile.
    6. Key in the Button title. For example, this could be the name of payment system. This title will be displayed directly on the button for online-payment at HSPstore, on the final stage of subscription registration, when a customer selects how to pay for the services ordered.
    7. You can add both the short and the detailed description. Quick description of a payment method will be displayed below the button. The Long description of a payment method will be displayed in a separate section entitled Pay Online.
  2. Click the Update button.
