Backup

To manage backup parameters

  1. Click Extra on the navigation pane.
  2. Click Backup. The Backup screen appears.

    On the Settings tab, you can configure the following parameters:

  3. On the Restore tab, enter the name of the backup file to be restored in the Backup file name field. Click Restore.

    Note: The Restore option allows to restore the following parameters: help settings, template categories, hosts, and Resellers.

    Note: It is required to enter backup file name. Otherwise the restore job will not be initiated.

  4. On the System State tab, you can see information about the state of your backup system. Backup system can be either enabled or disabled. You can change the state of your backup system by clicking Disable or Enable respectively. If the backup system is enabled, it means that backup jobs will be initiated according to their frequency selected on the Settings tab. If the backup system is disabled, backup jobs will not be done.
